Sarah Feustle
Epoxy Resin on Canvas
“With each ocean resin painting, I pour my heart into creating unique pieces that spread joy. When a customer says my creation brought light into their home, I am fulfilled. Nothing compares to the joy felt when a buyer connects deeply with my work. Though the path to becoming a resin artist had challenges, their delight is what truly fuels me to keep perfecting my art. It makes every struggle worthwhile.”
Sarah Feustle found her true calling in ocean-themed resin art after retiring from a 30-year corporate career. She took the opportunity to learn the process during the 2019 COVID lock down. Inspired by the ocean, she has immersed herself in this medium since 2020. Her dedication which is shown in the realism and detail of each work earned first place at the prestigious 52nd Bel Air Festival for Fine Arts in Bel Air, MD.
Sarah’s paintings capture the sights and sounds of the sea by incorporating real sand, seashells, frothy waves and ocean hues, all meant to transport ocean lovers to the beach and its feeling of tranquil energy.
Originally from Maryland, Sarah now lives in Harrison, TN, with her husband and elderly mother, where she sells her art at area juried festivals. She may be contacted through In-Town Gallery, ebbandflowartsbysarah.com or ebbflowarts@gmail.com.
